Buying & Selling an item on BuildingSpares is simple and safe. We endeavour working within the 3 T’s. We put in extensive efforts and parametres to prevent scams on our platform therefore we have made BuildingSpares one of the safest online Marketplaces in the UK through our User verification process powered by YOTI, so you can ensure Sellers and Buyers are safe and trustworthy.
In order to Buy and Sell an item on BuildingSpares, you will need to create an account with us in which you must undergo the YOTI verification process which has been put in place to maintain the 3 T’s throughout our Marketplace Platform.
If you have found an item that matches, simply contact the seller via the messaging portal or alternatively directly to the seller via their phone number. Although it is always safer to message through our platform first and foremost, Since all our users are verified, feel comfortable when you are contacting a seller/buyer through messages.
